Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is Soliten?
A:
Soliten is a dietary supplement which contains sulphurised unsaturated oils. Because the sulphur is elaborated in oils it is non-oxidised and therefore is able to be taken up by the body easily.

Q: What is Sulphur?
A:
Sulphur is a macro element essential for life and a very special non-metal. It is the same colour as gold, it melts very quickly and emits a vapour. On its own Sulphur is insoluble - only in oil at 100 degrees is sulphur minimally soluble.

Q: Is Soliten readily absorbed into the body?
A:
Professor Jacquot of the Pharmaceutical Faculty of Chatenay-Malabry in France undertook studies on the bioavailability of Soliten and these tests have shown that the sulphur component of Soliten is absorbed at a level of 40% in the digestive tract and after a single dose was measured as present in the salivary glands, brown fat, lungs heart, liver, kidneys, inter vertebral discs, digestive tract, bladder and skin.

Q: Is Soliten free of chemicals?
A:
Yes, Soliten is 100% organic product, using only natural ingredients, because of course 400 years ago this was all that was available to the alchemists. Soliten is based on Haarlem Oil and the recipe is the same today as it was 400 years ago.

Q: Is Soliten toxic?
A:
No.

Q: How long does Soliten remain effective?
A:
The sulphur will remain in the body 48 hours, and any surplus sulphur to the body's needs will be eliminated.

Q: How much Soliten should a person take?
A:
Soliten has been designed as a daily dietary supplement and therefore you take only one capsule per day.

Q: Do we really need Soliten?
A:
Yes. Sulphur is necessary for cellular respiration and renewal and if it is not fully provided in our food, we need to supplement. Sometimes, now with the use of superphosphate as a fertiliser, sulphur can be locked into the soil and will not be available in sufficient quantities in our food sources.

Q: What happens if we don't get enough sulphur?
A:
The first job that the sulphur will do in the body is cellular respiration. If there is any left over after this , it can be used for cellular renewal.

Q: Is Soliten a new product?
A:
Yes and no. The essence of it is Haarlem Oil which is 400 years young but it has been reformatted into a daily supplement and renamed Soliten. The recipe for the sulphurised oils is the same.

Q: Do doctors recognise Soliten?
A:
Our product has been dispensed by European Chemists since 1924.

Q: Why have I not heard much about Soliten and the use of sulphur?
A:
Because there is no other known highly bio-available organic sulphur available. With mineral sulphur and sulphates the body will reject all except one part in a million, and the body still has the job of eliminating the chemicals of MSM and DMSO.

Q: What types of conditions will Soliten help?
A:
Soliten has been very successful in helping with arthritis, Arthritis Respiratory conditions, improving skin problems, menstrual conditions, improving energy levels , and in the aging process, as Sulphur is essential for flexibility, regeneration and strength of the tissues and tendons and the elimination of toxins.

Q: Where can I read what other customers have thought about Soliten?
A:
You can see some letters and emails from customers at the Testimonials page. You'll learn about how some sufferers of arthritis and other ailments have found Soliten work for them.

Q: How long should I expect to have to take Soliten for arthritis relief?
A:
Medical Science is still researching for the elusive cure to arthritis. However we do know that taking a Soliten capsule every day is providing a measured amount of special, rare sulphur (sulfur) that your body needs, ammunition for its own immune system to address the many and varied causes of arthritis. The older we are the more of this sulphur we need. Testimonials indicate that people with a severe longstanding condition find it has taken 4 or 5 months before they are sleeping through the night and another 4 or 5 months before they can happily say they are not aware of the pain the way it used to be. Then another 4 or 5 months sees them enjoying increased mobility, taking on tasks again they hadn't been able to for years.

In some cases the arthritis doesn't seem to improve much at all, but it is noticed that the disease stops progressing. This in itself is good reason to take Soliten daily, forever, especially if you are arthritic, or have a family history of arthritis. Of course at the same time some people find relief in a matter of days or weeks. These people usually mistakenly think they are cured and withdraw from Soliten only to take it up again a few months later when the immune systems reserve runs out and the symptoms reappear.

All we can suggest to you to hasten the immune system's work is to gradually increase the consumption of Soliten, but only do so with caution, and always before food. Some nausea or indigestion may occur with the increase, but you can monitor your own levels of tolerance. So to answer the question 'how long to take it?' we recommend Soliten become part of your everyday life. Sulphur is part of each living cell. Without enough each cell will die. The older we get, the greater the demand by the body for sulphur.
